In setting up a recurring contribution via PRIYAN’s website I authorise PRIYAN to make repeated monthly scheduled charges to my credit card ending for a recurring contribution amount of .
I understand my credit card data will be held securely by PRIYAN’s card processing service provider Bluesnap (see below regarding personal data).
Cancellation PolicyThis authority will remain in effect without change until:
- I inform Priyan of any change I would like to make;
- PRIYAN is notified by me in writing or by any other means to cancel it in which case I will receive confirmation that it has been cancelled within 3 working days.
If a charge is made to the card that falls outside of the terms of this agreement i.e. where cancellation was not made on time, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible but in any event within 5 working days. Declined PaymentsIf my payment is declined I will be informed so that I can take action to reinstate my contribution should I wish to.
